The Central Business District in the Village of Arlington Heights contains four large-scale public parking facilities and as many surface lots that handle the needs of drivers who commute, shop, dine, or seek entertainment in the newly enhanced district. Identifying those parking facilities and providing directions to them through signage on all of the CBD’s primary arteries is critical to the economic health of the downtown.
